I purchased a $150.00 framed poster from this company.It was kept in its original bubble wrap until opened.
The item was extremely scuffed. I immediately contacted the company. They asked for pictures and I obliged. The company said they would contact the manufacturer about this instead of offering us an exchange or refund.
Weeks went by and I wrote them again. They said there is a delay and would get back to us. They never did and have not responded to my emails. They were aware I would leave negative feedback if they continued to ignore the emails.
There is no other way to contact them.Do not purchase from this company!
